How often do you feel guilty in a day? a week? a month? an year?
Do you do favors for friends and family out of guilt?
Have you stayed in relationships out of guilt?
This is a very powerful emotion and can be very draining and hurtful for your life if you do not get ahead of and understand this emotion!
Read books about it, see a therapist or counselor, talk with friends and other people in their life, or better yet, start observing yourself..
What sort of situations make you feel guilty? How much of your actions are driven by this emotion?
It will be wise to start being aware of this emotion so you can understand the difference between a healthy guilt and an unhealthy sense of guilt. The sooner you start seeing the negative effects of this emotion in excess, the sooner you will be on your way to living up to your highest potential!
