It almost goes without saying that Health is one of the primary things we need to pay attention to if we want to strive for a successful life. Yet it is still a huge struggle for many people to get into control.
This is attributed primarily to the VAST amount of choices we have, to the endless advertising, habits which have been engrained in us from childhood and countless other reasons.
It is also why healthcare, food and nutrition and fitness are each major industries themselves worldwide.
Are you a doctor, dietician, yoga instructor, personal fitness coach or a healthcare professional? Maybe you are a non-traditional healer or advocate for healthy eating.
Do you feel strongly about the need to go vegetarian or is it alright to have some meat in our diet?
It is well past the year 2020 now and we are still not completely convinced what the right foods are to eat!
We are dealing with malnutrition and obesity at the same time. Why is this so hard to figure out?
