The quotes above are only scratching the surface of this very important area in our lives.
We have two major relationship categories, the relationship with our SELF and the relationship with others. It is easy to correlate the connection between these two.
The status of one will reflect on the status of the other.

Ever had a bad day and took out your frustration on someone else? We see countless issues of road rage, family issues and relationship issues all because we are all in the process of learning to have a relationship with our own self while balancing/juggling the issues of living in an ever-changing, and seemingly demanding society.
