Came across these three questions recently. Disclaimer that these are previously known questions and will update this post with a reference as soon as it is found.
If you are every feeling sad/down/unhappy or even if you are feeling good/happy/great! try taking a few minutes to answer each of these three questions. It will help with creating positive visualizations and enable your mind to focus on positive aspects.
1. What am I looking forward to?
– Think about at least one thing you are looking forward to during the day. It could be something as simple as feeling the wind in your face, meeting with a good friend, playing a game..etc
2. What would I like to see with my physical eyes?
– This is where you need to let your imagination roam, what would you like to see with your own eyes? a million dollars? a happy smiling face? sunlight over a field? a beautiful home? …visualize, visualize positively!
3. How can I innovate in my life?
– This is where you have to ask yourself what can you do to improve something in your life, and you will be surprised at the answers you come up with yourself!! Just need to start asking this from yourself daily.
Recommend trying this. Ask yourself these three questions every morning as soon as you wake up if possible. If mornings do not work, any other time is OK too.
See if you feel any difference after just a few days!
